Our Deputy Managers set the pace, drive productivity and maintain a fun and positive environment for their teams. They support the Store Manager, at the same time rolling up their sleeves and working with the team to deliver a great shopping experience for our customers.

Our Area Managers inspire their management teams to run their stores like their own businesses. They flex their leadership style to develop different Managers at different levels, and are always pushing targets to deliver a world-class shopping experience.

TOPSHOP Brand Managers know everything about our product and are up-to-the-minute with the latest trends. They’re constantly looking for new ways to drive sales and aim to have the best store in their market place. Setting the standard for what great service looks like, they help to create a unique store culture and personality.

TOPMAN Service Managers live and breathe the trends. Understated and cool, they give our customers an unrivalled shopping experience in an environment they love. Great role models for their teams, they lead from the front and set the standard for great customer service. They’re always coming up with new ideas to make their department stand out.

Our Store Managers look after everything that’s going on under their roof. One minute they’re walking the floor, and the next they’re overseeing delivery. While store turnovers range massively, one thing you can be sure of is that they all have their own distinct personality – this comes from the Store Managers’ love of our Brands, and the way they manage and inspire their people.

Our Sales Advisors love our Brands and use their fashion knowledge to outfit build and help our customers to find the right products for them. They are style role models and love being part of a team. They play a huge part in making our stores a fun and exciting place to shop.

We have Team Leaders who support all areas of the store, from running the sales floor to driving productivity in the stock room. They set the standard for exceptional service and show our Sales Advisors what ‘great’ looks like. The extra responsibility gives our Team Leaders a taste of what it’s like to be a Manager with us.
